# Burn Mechanism

## Does anybody smell smoke?

**LYKA** employs a unique burning mechanism. How? 

There are specific situations where we Burn and Resupply tokens from and to the Reward Wallet.

We have two simple examples of this, and you will love them.

Upgrading skills and Purchasing equipment in **ClashingBlades** costs LYKA 

**LYKA** is a token on the Blockchain, not a virtual currency. 

Every time you spend **LYKA** in-game, the tokens go to a wallet designed to burn **LYKA** once every x days.

## How do we supply the Reward Pool with tokens?

We have a reserve for P2E that we unlock when the Reward pool is low on funds.

**ClashingBlades** likes fees, and **Ethernia** is in love with them.

On each withdrawal attempt, a fee is taken from tokens is sent to the Reward Pool; think of it as a way of giving back to the community.
